Who May Use the Service
BalanceLmaxWay services are available to individuals and entities that meet eligibility requirements under these terms and applicable law. Use is limited to persons able to form legally binding contracts in their jurisdiction and who comply with these terms. We may refuse or restrict access at our discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for a full account. Minors may access limited public content but must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian for any business planning interactions.
All users must use the service lawfully and not engage in fraud, funds laundering, tax evasion or other illegal activities when using BalanceLmaxWay. Any unlawful use may result in immediate suspension and notification to appropriate authorities.
BalanceLmaxWay operates primarily for users in Singapore. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted due to local laws. Users located outside Singapore are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations before using the service.
Accounts and Registration
To access personalized features you must create an account with accurate information. Your account enables saved plans, progress tracking and access to paid services. Keep your credentials confidential and update details if they change.
You must provide true, current and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. BalanceLmaxWay is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate or outdated data supplied by you.
Protect your password and sign-in credentials. Do not share access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Use of two-factor authentication is encouraged where available.
Accounts are personal and not transferable without prior written consent from BalanceLmaxWay. Attempts to sell, assign or transfer accounts may result in termination.

Your Content
You may submit content such as values statements, business notes, feedback, templates and forum posts. You retain ownership of your original content but grant BalanceLmaxWay rights needed to operate the service.
You keep copyright to materials you create and upload. Do not post third-party copyrighted content unless you have the right to do so.
By submitting content you grant BalanceLmaxWay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute and use that content to provide and improve the service, including anonymized analysis and aggregated reporting.
You are responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it. Ensure content does not infringe rights, disclose sensitive personal data of others, or breach privacy laws.
BalanceLmaxWay may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law. Users may request removal of their content in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, templates, proprietary methods and content provided by BalanceLmaxWay are protected by copyright, activity and other intellectual property laws. You may use materials only as permitted by these terms.
- Do not copy, reproduce or distribute platform code or designs without authorization.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices on BalanceLmaxWay materials.
- Do not reverse engineer features or attempt to replicate platform functionality.
Paid Services
Certain features and coaching services are available for a fee. Paid services are governed by the descriptions and pricing displayed at purchase and these terms. Subscriptions and one-time purchases have distinct conditions.
Prices for paid services are displayed in SGD where applicable and include applicable fees. Promotional pricing clearly states its duration. Users are responsible for taxes required by law.
Payments are processed via our payment partners. You must provide valid payment information and authorize charges for purchases and recurring subscriptions. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Subscription services renew automatically at the interval selected unless cancelled prior to renewal. Cancellation does not retroactively refund past charges.
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. For subscription cancellations, access remains until the end of the paid period. Refund requests should be submitted promptly and will be handled in accordance with consumer protection rules.
You may cancel paid services through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect as described at the point of purchase and does not remove fees already incurred.
Users are responsible for any taxes resulting from paid services according to local law. Where BalanceLmaxWay is required to collect taxes, amounts will be added to the purchase price.
We may adjust prices for paid services. Existing subscribers will be provided notice prior to the next billing cycle when increases apply.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features. We may attempt to retry failed charges and notify you to update billing details.

On termination you lose access to account features and stored content unless retrieval options are provided. Some records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
